Departmental Activity

The Philosopy Department of Harishchandrapur College came into existence in the year 2015 with the introduction of Philosopy as a General subject. It is one of the most demanding subjects of our college. Our college library provides a number of valuable books on this subject. Every year we conduct some seminars and debates on important topics from our area. Students' participation is noteworthy and their enthusiasm is noticeable in every seminar or debate. This subject plays a great role in the mental and moral development of our students.
